I was super excited to get to review Digital Scrapbook Artist 2 because there are so many benefits of digital over paper scrapbooking - like expense and ease and time. And DSA 2 is only $49.99 which is super reasonable compared to photoshop.
DSA 2 is AWESOME! Really - it's super user friendly. I was able to open it and complete 2 layouts in 30 minutes using their templates. I even changed the paper, the embellishments, and the colors with ease.
It was also SUPER easy to upload them to the Daisy Trail Online Community from inside DSA 2. And I already tons of comments on my layouts. And I love me some comment love.
In the Daisy Trail Community - they have tons of free stuff that you can download to use in DSA 2 - They make downloading and installing as easy as 1-2-3. One con is I didn't like that I had to restart my computer for the new stuff to show up.
They also have a marketplace to buy extra goodies to scrap with. 
You can also upload other .png files to use in the DSA 2 software. This is awesome.

There are tons of features available that I can't wait to get into as I use it more. I think it's one of those softwares where the more you use it - the more it wows you!
There are tons of tutorial videos online and a forum. The forum is great - I was able to find the answer to my questions easily and in-depth.

Not sure how to do this...but I love scrapbooking and really want to try digital, but have not clue about it. Scrapbooking takes up a lot of time and room...that I really don't have. If I could have the digital software, I would definitely scrapbook my Hubby coming home from Afghanistan in September. We're going to be so busy catching up, since he's been gone forEVAH...I really won't have time to scrapbook. :(

My sweet, wonderful Granddaddy passed away unexpedtedly on Mother's Day this year. I would love to use the digital scrapbooking software to create a scrapbook of pictures and recollections of my Granddaddy- both for my Nana as well as for his great-grandchildren, most of whom are to young to remember him in the coming years.

I have pretty much documented by photography both of my children's (now grown) childhoods, and my two granddaughters, now ages 3&7. I would love to scrapbook these precious photos as a gift for each of them. I have a beautiful series of photos that I took of my older granddaughter meeting her new baby sister at the hospital when she was a day old which would make for a lovely little scrapbook of the day and also the day of the baby's homecoming.
