{Review} Soapwalla

Rachel at Soapwalla sent me a few samples.

Soap
and body oil

My opinion - DIVINE. I have dry cracked skin and was very pleased with both these products.

Rachel at Soapwalla says:

Soapwalla was born in my tiny NYC apartment kitchen one evening, after months of unsuccessfully hunting for face and body products that wouldn't aggravate my sensitive skin issues caused by lupus. Lupus is an autoimmune illness that can manifest itself in a number of ways. Like others who suffer from lupus, I get terrible skin rashes, hives, and irritated skin patches. When it was at its worst, I could barely use water on my skin without irritation. I tried everything on the market that was labeled "organic" or "natural" and was dismayed to find that they were still filled with chemicals and unpronounceable ingredients. Out of sheer necessity, I started making my own products that were as healthy and wholesome as possible. I specifically designed Soapwalla's skincare products to cleanse the skin with the purest, most natural organic, food-grade ingredients and pure essential oils, never questionable additives such as sodium lauryl sulfate, parabens, pthalates or harsh and synthetic ingredients. Soapwalla products are vegan, locally and personally produced and hand-labeled by me in my [still teeny tiny apartment] kitchen, and absolutely NEVER ever tested on animals.

Soapwalla's products are ideal for individuals with sensitive skin (and perhaps who, like me, are terrified of trying most things on the market), and those who are hungry for artisanal products that are lovingly crafted with only the highest quality ingredients. I personally create every item by hand in my Brooklyn apartment kitchen with vegan ingredients. Soapwalla is a proud member of the Leaping Bunny and Caring Consumer
cruelty-free coalitions.
