We got to the CN's around 4 because we went to Chris's moms first. This pissed the CN off - even though she waits until my dad tells her when he's going to be there. THE DAY BEFORE.
Whatev. They had already opened presents and ate. I knew what our presents were because I shopped for them and wrapped them.
Chris didn't know that he was getting a gift card to a Beer Store to buy a kegging kit. He was pumped.
Which put him in a MUCH better mood after having to put together G's wagon, while G and Jesse "helped" and tried to sit in it as is.

Jesse and G enjoyed playing together. And Jesse wasn't quite the bully that's he has been in the past.

Just a fun picture.

This pretty much shows how cooperative G was for the day.
CN went around trying to shove fried okra down our throats. and caused Jesse and G to bump heads when they were playing on the bed. But overall it was a decent time. I wish they were drinkers. Then it woulda been a great time.
***SIDENOTE***I was also featured over at my IRL friend Jennifer's blog. Yes I can say IRL because she's local to me AND I met her once for like 3 minutes at the fair. Unfortunately it was an awkward 3 minutes. Because I SUCK at first impressions and small talk. And she's gone to my Zumba class like 2 times. I wasn't there, but we are practically besties. And she's somehow marriage-related to someone I went to high school with. It's like destiny or fate or weird. whatev.

copy/paste to grab my button:

Nope - no happening.
Please excuse G's red cheeks - we are trying to clear it up with vaseline (it's looking better daily.) and do NOT look at my crap hair. NO - don't look.

And the priceless facial expression.

He had a 2006 Nissan Xterra which was a standard. He was hating it for quite a while. He brought this car home and his favorite part is that he "didn't have to shift gears 1 time! the car did it for him!"
