Starting weight: 257.4
Last week's weight: 248.8
Current weight: 245.6
Weight +GAIN / -LOSS this week: -1.8
Total weight lost: -11.8
Another loss - woohoo. I think my biggest thing at this point is that my husband is also on Weight Watchers and rides my ass if I don't feel like doing it. Or if I try to sneak chocolate. Because Chris and I are both on WW - it makes it a lot easier to keep junk out of our house. If it's not there - you can't eat it.
Super Yummy diet-friendly finds.

Sheila and I usually split the 3 musketeers bar. That way the other half isn't sitting all alone begging for attention.
I keep wanting to start the Couch to 5K program but finding time is proving difficult. And I know that's an excuse and if I really wanted it - I would make time. But as a FT employee and FT mother and PT wife, I'm too tired to make time. But my plan is Sheila and I will start on Monday during our lunch hour. Hopefully - I'm not a sweaty smelly mess the last half of the day.
I missed Zumba this week because I'm sickly and I didn't have a babysitter (Chris has master's degree classes on Zumba night) but I plan on catching one on Saturday morning.
The linky is gonna work like this - ANY post you wrote this week referring to your weight / losing weight / being healthier CAN be linked up. I would appreciate if you mentioned me but meh - whatev. Then random.org will pick someone from this week's link and I WILL SEND YOU A PRIZE (or something) Just a little initiative for you to link up and spread the love. Last weeks winner is (insert drumroll) Katherine from Another Day Another Moment
I REALLY REALLY REALLY appreciate all your comments and those that link up. This is what keeps me going every week. Thank you!

I'm so proud of you for losing again this week! You're a superstar!
I, however, gained. I can't quit stuffing my face with crap. I mean, it's not "literally" crap because that would be gross but stuff that I don't need seems to find its way into my big mouth. But I've worked out for at least an hour every day this week.
Congrats on the weight loss! I'm desperately trying to lose weight too, it's just so darn hard! I'm going to have to try those 3 Musketeers bars.
Go you! You are doing great!
I really need to try those Musketeers bars...I've been seriously craving chocolate. Could also use some Skinny Cow Ice Cream.
It really helps when the hubby is on board. My hubs is doing the Couch to 5K, he really loves it. I'm going to start it soon too. It's hard to find time. Hubby does it in the morning before he goes to work. When I was jogging before the 2nd baby, I was doing it at night when our first born went to bed.
Ok, it's not Friday yet. It's Thursday night. Thanks for the nightmares of my fat ass. I guess I should really dig that old scale out of the closet under the stairway. You know, the closet that is opened like twice a year? Yeah, that one. Perfect place for the scale.
I swear, I am link challenged. I don't even see a place to link up now! Here's my post: http://looklucklove.blogspot.com/2011/02/fatabulous-friday_24.html
I did the couch to 5K program a couple years ago, except I kinda cheated because I was on the elliptical, but it was still awesome!
Congrats on your weight loss this week!
Almost 12 pounds, that is so awesome Brandy. Congratulations!
Oo I agree, those musketeers bars are SO good.
I am so jealous that you lost again this week.
Ugh I hate the fact that exercise makes me all sweaty and gross. Some people manage to exercise in their lunch hour and still look and smell normal for the rest of the day but I'm not one of those people!
yea for you!! you are doing great! having hubby and you doing WW together is fantastic too! I have another blog I follow that she and her hubby joined WW last week; she lost 5.4 pounds, he 7 pounds. Doing it together does indeed keep both accountable!!
keep up the great work!
betty
Great job! And keeping the snacks out is a great idea...can't seem to convince the hubby of that though.
I'm so glad someone else is a PT wife, LOL!
Yay! Yes, keep the junk out of the house and you won't eat it! Go you!
I'm SOOO proud of you!!! Ok...Monday - couch to 5k no excuses!! (Just bring deoderant to leave at work!)
Congrats! That's fantastic!
It's always the best to be fully supported at home and at work with that.
My dad is a huge supporter of walking during your lunch break- apparently it helps kill that 2pm snooze that happens. You and Sheila have a great time walking and running your way to awesome! :D
Woo hoo!! Congrats on another loss! And I can tell you that the Couch to 5k program is a pain to start, but once you get going, you don't want to miss it. I've done it twice and it's fabulous! Good luck this week!
YAY!!! Go Brandy you are rocking. I love multigrain cheerios...so yummy.
1.8!! That is awesome! Next week I'm gonna start doing updates on my journey, so I'll start linking up. The encouragement we get from our blog friends is amazing and has kept me going too!!!
I seriously cannot find you on Facebook!
Congrats on the weight loss! That's awesome!! I need to get back into dieting and exercising!

WOOT! WOOT! Superstar!!!!!!!!!!
So I totally linked up. It's my first time (insert inappropriate joke of your choice here). But I'm excited about it, as I love your page, am anxious to lose some weight myself, and would love to have someone besides my mom read my blog. ;) Great job this week!
You're doing AMAZING!!!
I saw those 3 Musketeers Truffle Crisps...they look yummy! I may need to buy one this weekend!
yay for the loss...you go girlie!
Keep it up, girlie!
I love Multi-Grain Cheerios. 3 Musketeers? Notsomuch.
Ok you're motivating me!!!!
I will not write a committment on my blog but I will here. I commit to exercising every day....lol
Congrats on your loss!! Your doing awesome. Keep it up! I would love to do the Couch to 5K ... you'll have to fill me in. Hope your feeling better!
