I found the coolest google reader / blog trick EVAH - if you go to your google reader, hit settings in the upper right corner—>reader settings--->goodies---> put reader in a bookmark, and drag that little box that says “next” to your bookmark toolbar….you can hit that next button and it will take you from blog to blog in your window. So you see the new posts on the actual blogs. Thanks Cluck Cluck Sew
I decided yesterday that I wanted to make an I Spy quilt like THIS but with ONLY owl prints. The problem with this is that you can't buy 4 inch squares via the internet. So we are talking a lot of dolla dolla bills to get 88 different owl prints. One of my FB fans graciously offered to send me 12 from her stash - so awesome. Now where to get the other 70ish?
I'm thinking of a post called "Top 10 Reasons to be my Facebook Friend." Unfortunately I can only think of 2 or 3 and "Top 2ish Reasons" just doesn't have the same ring to it.
I'm gonna post the Cheer Up link up on Thursday. I hope I have my package by then. I know some people have already gotten theirs. woohoo.
I'm a bad planner. I LOVE doing things but don't ever invite people or ask other people on dates basically because I think they are way too cool and busy to do something with me.
The Crazy Nana uses me as an alarm clock. You know how some old people get up WAY early because they did it always? Not her. She sleeps until at least 11 EVERY.DAY. Then if she HAS to get up early - she makes me call her and wake her up.

That quilt sounds awesome! -You're so crafty I only wish I could do something like that -good luck getting all the pieces! My Gma gets up pretty late too -but, I am not her alarm clock. Yeah what MiMi said about the reader thing -I generally use my dashboard or go to other blogs from comments on mine ;)
Yay! I can't wait to see all your owly prints! If I had some, I'd send them over, but I lack owl prints. Sadly. I do have an owl cookie cutter, though, so maybe I should send over cookies...hrmmm....
B is my alarm clock, although she has failed me on a few occasions by sleeping late herself. Good times.

I'm the same way. I might ask people to do a few things and if our schedules don't ever meet up then I feel awkward. I feel like I'm bothering them if I ask more than once. I'm awkward in general.
All my granparents used to get up at the crack of dawn but now i'm always waking them up if i call at 9. Wish I had that leisure!
