I think this would be a great phone for a teenager or and older (not-so-tech savvy) person.
When the phone is closed it has your important buttons like Call - End - Back - Select. They were good-sized and Easy to use.
There are lots of basic buttons on the sides - volume - voice recognition - lock key.
Then you can easily slide open the phone to reveal a full QWERTY keyboard.
The screen is Easy to read and bright and the phone uses larger fonts.
The speaker can be turned up super loud which is great.
