Fat Ass Friday #29

Starting weight: 257.4
Last week's weight: 231.0
Current weight: 231.6
Weight +GAIN / -LOSS this week: +0.6
Total weight lost: -25.8

So ya about that. You get no picture this week. sorry! Yesterday I weighed and it said 230.6 and I was like ya baby! then I put on my dress - grabbed my phone - weighed again and it said 232.0 and I was like WHAT THE HELL?! This morning I weighed the 231.6 and there was no way I was going back for photo proof - I'd probably gain 5 pounds just from breathing.

My plan is - my nephew's internship is up after next week - so I'll start being a runner at lunch again.

Start going to zumba once a week again.

no more hot fudge sundaes in place of dinner. It's still bad for me even if I eat it instead of dinner.

I'm SOOOOOO close to being out of the 230's and I KNOW this. I KNOW I can shed those few pounds with a little effort. but KNOWING and DOING are not friends.

Oh! You can do it. I know it sucks. I hate getting up and working out but I know (at my age) that's the only way I'm going to lose the back fat :(

You always make me smile. :) I love that your coming back to Zumba and just in time for the ac to be turned back on. .6 is nothing! Don't let that get you down. I can tell from the pictures you posted yesterday that you've lost quite a bit just from the first time i met you!! btw, like your hair. You can always call me if you want me to do it. Your doing awesome! ;)

Sometimes I think the scale is full of shit. Seriously, people rely on it too much, and I think it lies. You can always tell in you clothes if you're doing well or not!

This is not an excuse but you have been under stress with your friends baby and crazy busy. You can do this, you will get under that 230 and feeling awesome about it!

sorry about the scale..ive been so busy with my sick bro,my mom coming home and getting ready to leave that i forgot about it haha prolly a good thing cause ive been stress eating!

You have to look at what you have accomplished so far. 25.8 pounds is awesome and it's never coming back. Give yourself a big hug from me!
