The only thing I can thing of is that I was so busy this fair that I literally ran my ass off.
Sheila and I are starting Operation: Skinny Bitch. Which is just an awesome name that means we are back to dieting or whatevs.
We are doing a yoga class at noon on Monday. And I better not fart. I will be so embarrassed and never ever go back even though I already bought 5 classes.
Back to Zumba next week. I might try a class closer to my house though. I do love going to the one with Sheila BUT it's a 2-hour commitment with class and driving time.
I'm not sure if I'm gonna be a runner again. I do still tell people that I am and bring it up regularly in conversations to strangers.
As far as food intake - I think I'm going to do the sparkpeople thing. It's free and I'm gonna be a calorie counter. I get super tired of trying to figure out WW points.
I'll keep you updated.
Thanks for the continued link-ups, support, and love.
Go visit all the other FAF peeps that are rockin it!

I would really get tired of counting up WW points. I'm a calorie counter...but not religiously. I like to pay attention though. That's what it's all about. Portion sizes and keeping up with about how many calories you intake in a day.
Good luck with Operation: Skinny Bitch. I'll basically be doing the opposite!
I was a calorie counter. It kinda sucks. Takes a lot of work, especially if you cook a meal and then try to figure out how many calories is in your portion. It can be done, though.
That's awesome that you only gained .6!! I think you'll like sparkpeople.....I love it and I find counting calories so much easier than figuring points on WW. Yoga? I'm curious to know how you like it, so you'll have to let me know.
You will get that 6 pounds off in no time! I need to join you on Monday and get back on track.
thats awesome! im sure all the running around helped!!
i like counting calories..it lets me know how much more i need to burn off haha
Yo - .6 is nothing!
You totally got a free fair pass this year.
Good luck with operation skinny bitch.
That was great that you were able to eat what you wanted and not show that much of a gain; really 0.6 is nothing at all! I hear wonderful things about Sparkpeople; in fact one doctor I used to type for always recommended it to people needing to lose weight, and you are right, its free, so take advantage of it!! I'm right with you with operation skinny bitch! We'll end the year strong, healthier and lighter!
betty
If you fart during yoga then just make sure you have someone near you that you can look pointedly at! Like "was that you???".
Farting in yoga is a rite of passage, don't let it stop you.
For the record, 2 days of binging and I am numb and feel like shit! I hope to get my mojo back,
Best of luck! You can do it. :D
Operation: Skinny Bitch still makes me giggle. Work it, Miss Brandy! :)
Sparkpeople is a great resource. I don't know why I don't use it now, I used it a lot in college. Calorie counting is what works for me. I've tried so many diets and I always go back to simple calorie counting.
My BFF and I starting up new routines tomorrow ourselves...here we come Operation: Skinny Bitch! Rock it Brandy!
I simply get tired of having to watch everything I eat. Want to being naturally smaller to not have to ever worry about. Pft. Whatever.
I have missed the last two weeks of FAF because of my crazy hours at work. Waking up at 2am to go to work is kicking me in the tail. I'm sure I have gained 20 lbs.
Congrats on only gaining a tiny bit. I totally would have gained all the weight back and then some.
You should TOTALLY join SparkPeople...that are some super nice people there...like me. :o)
I was SUCH a slacker last week. Didn't blog at all. This week I'm trying to be better!
