boo whore.

I've been sparkling on spark people. but totally hit and miss with the whole "tracking" thing. I would just kinda imagine the calories I was eating and go with it.

AND it's been the most stressful week ever. like ever. So I've drank a LOT of calories in wine form. A LOT.

AND it's friday the 13th so that totally has SOMETHING to do with it.

And next week I'll be broken. Or as Chris has started referring to it "Shark Week"
So there ya go. maybe next week will be better.

So the theory that if we don't track them then they don't count doesn't work? bummer! Good luck with next week! You CAN do it! or just drink less wine.

I like the "boo whore" phrase. I hope things get better for you! good luck. Just take it slow and easy. The weight will eventually come off - you just have to keep working on it and be persistent.

Stress sucks. I speak from experience because I broke out with shingles this week thanks to all of the stress that I internalize. Take care of you and know that next week will be a better week!

It's so hard to lose weight when stressing. Do keep moving, though, cuz that fights the high blood pressure and the cortisol and all the bad stuff that stress causes!

.2 is nothing! It's always hard starting a new fitness/eating plan and added stress never helps. Hope next week is better for ya!

You can do it! But you probably do have to track ;)
Wine is probably necessary (it is for me) so you just have to track it and adjust what you're eating accordingly.
