Chris has been working like a madman - not home before 8pm every night. And I bring work home every night and worked this weekend.
I hope that settles down soon.
I feel like I'm neglecting the G-man.
I totally skipped FAF this last time and felt tremendous guilt when I was reading over 1000 posts and saw my awesome button everywhere. y'all rock it!
I read via iphone 3am -ish. And didn't leave one comment. But y'all are getting pregnant. and moving and buying new furniture. and feeling up. and down. and being generally awesome.
Thank you for sharing your lives with me even when I can't be a good friend back.
We looked at puppies at the animal shelters here. I fell in love with a lab mix. Chris fell in love with a boxer puppy. And we both can't decide if we are ready to add that responsibility. (he's WAY more ready than me)

You should be with me when we go out to dinner in Vegas (on the company thank God) when the bill for the two of us is over $300.!!!! Sorry you are both so busy right now. If you get a chance, take a breath. It's important to your sanity! That kid of yours? Super freaking adorable in his awesome hat! The dinner bill...wow, we spend less on a dinner out for all 5 of us! Although, when we go out just the two of us for special occasions, we tend to run up the bill.

I read blogs on my phone all the time, but can't stand trying to comment that way. So I skip it but sometimes I think I actually did comment and don't feel guilty. Yay for bad memories!

Dogs are SO much work!!! Get a cat, said the wannabe crazy cat lady.
I think I died when I saw that receipt. I probably would have really died had it been mine.
I always want a dog, and that I ALWAYS chicken out when comes time to make the decision. If it were just me, I'd have a thousand...but since having ONE 4 year old is like having a thousand dogs...I always decide against it.
Hope your life slows down, I know I'm looking forward to mine going back to normal. It's been one big whirl wind since December, but we're moved finally...and hopefully our lives can be normal once more.

Speaking as a dog person, lab mixes and boxers are both good with kids. You need to train them, because they can also both be rambunctious. But loving, loyal, gentle, and intelligent.
Just make sure you're home for them! Dogs go through the same developmental stages as kids, including the terrible twos. Just be prepared. ;)

Yikes you are super busy.
Dogs are a pain in the butt to me right now. Just make SUPER sure you get the pup trained the second it comes home and keep up with it. It's seriously like having another kid...except slightly easier...SLIGHTLY....
