Happy New Year to you too! :o) Looks like you did great! So, what is on tap for this year?
Great resolutions! I think I need suggestions in most of my areas of resolution. :) I think your goals are great and attainable!
20 lbs/year is an awesome rolling goal to set. :D
And it's nice to have some that you CAN measure- bask in the things you completed...you deserve the praise for them. :)
You did well this year! Last year...the year that was a couple days ago. Whatever.
I need to make my list. The one in my head is only a million miles long.
Happy New Year!!
happy new year! you did pretty well in achieving your goals... I did not. I didn't even bother to make any this year :)
You can do it. Let success be your goal this year. Happy New Year!
I like your list. If you discover any great ideas about being a better wife I'd be interested :) Also I think I could do with being a bit less spendy and a bit more budgety! Or at least more mindful of how I spend my money. I'm looking for some good parenting ideas this year so if you find anything give me a yell. I think this is an important time for me to get things right with my son (11 years old) before we hit the dreaded teenage years.
Looks good!
Are you gonna do FAF again? I'm on a diet. I'm loving the weight loss so far!
Good luck on your resolutions for 2012. I'll be your cheerleader. I've always wanted to do that...
You are a great work in progress; you are a wonderful person! I bet you are a good wife. Love him and respect him and encourage him; that seems to work. Honestly, my best advice, because I struggle with this myself and we're married 31 years. Treat him like you would want to be treated even if he doesn't treat you like that. Compliment him, offer to do things for him like get him a cup of coffee or other drink, anticipate what he might want and see if you can help him with it. And be willing to accept that he probably won't do the same back.
You did great with your weight loss in 2011; you lost/kept off those 20 pounds. On to 2012! I know you will succeed!
Budgeting. It can be done. We used to eat out a lot and now we rarely do, more because we really can't afford it these days. Make it a game on saving money. Try to pretend to live on half of what you have now coming in for income and see how you can cut expenses etc. Save the rest for a rainy day or something fun to do down the line with G like a special trip/vacation, etc.
I know 2012 will be a successful and good one for you and yours Brandy!
betty
wow. good for you, so many goals accomplished and yay for a work in progress, aren't we all?!
A lot of people strike nothing of their lists. You should be so proud of the things you accomplished last year. And I think some of these are goals you could have forever because we all have room for improvement every year! (Like be a better wife; I'll probably work on that every single year forever!)
Great goals-you can do them! And you're already not sucky. :)
Those sound like great goals, and not too high to not accomplish :) I don't really make resolutions. I set goals for myself at different times through the year. Seems to work better for me that way.
Um...what...is....be a better wiiiffee....???
i didnt even make any so u are already on the right track!
Happy New Year!!
If you do #6 you will do #2 faster! Good luck!
