Fat Ass Friday 2.3.12

My weight has been all over the place the last few weeks. I actually even made it down to 235 at one point.

I tried a new plan. I decided to take diet pills in the place of food. THAT lasted like a day.

They should make chocolate-flavored diet pills.

Tomorrow is my birthday. So I've had cupcakes twice this week. And will being going out tomorrow. AND will be having a few empty alcoholic calories.

They should make diet "shots"

Well, happy early birthday!! Eat those cupcakes girl and celebrate your Birthday :) Honestly, I wouldn't put too much emphasis on a scale. Your weight fluctuates hour to hour. Maybe step it on it just once a week, or else you'll find yourself frustrated and more likely to give up. I've gone months w/out stepping on a scale. Takes a load off.

Happy Birthday! It's all good... Birthday calories don't count.
It's not anywhere near my birthday but I have an entire box of donuts sitting on my desk. I will eat at least one.
Also, we got a new Little Caesars yesterday so I will be having Crazy Bread for lunch.

Just came over from Just Breathe (mostly because your High-larious button sparked my curiosity) I recommended a book to Debby which was Geneeth Roth's Womeon Food and God. It really made a lot of sense to me.

Happy birthday.
And, good job getting down to 235
We went to Disneyland a few weeks ago, and its been down hill since then.
I have to get back on track and just cant seem to.
Ugh.

I don't think you should have to worry about birthday cupcakes. They sucks all the calories out of those anyway =)
