I have a YMCA membership! I started taking two spinning classes (or cycling is what my Y calls it) a week and I love it.

Of course it doesn't do me any good when I get Applebees to go right after the class....

I hear Sparkspeople is great for accountability! One of the accounts I used to type for, one of the doctors always recommended that site to people interested in losing weight. I think you'll do great there!! A new beginning, a new year, you can do this!

New Year, new goals...I don't call them resolutions :) But yay! We have a Y that isn't too far from us either. We lack the funds as far as joining though, but if I had it...I'd be dropping Bree off in the daycare and spending half a day working out...just for the Bree freedom haha
